The public seminar is offered six times a year. The next scheduled course will be held September 28-30, in San Diego, CA with the fall courses scheduled for November 16-18 in San Diego, CA and October 26-28 in Philadelphia, PA. The winter 2011 courses are scheduled for January 11-13 and March 1-3 in San Diego, CA. This 3-Day Training Program can also be customized to your organization and brought on-site.

Manuals
The Grassroots Safety Leadership Series™ guides you through implementing culture change in your organization one step at a time. The four manuals spell out the roles and responsibilities of the key players in the process -- Managers, Supervisors, Coaches and Employee Team-Members -- in achieving breakthrough safety performance by working from the grassroots.
